PC Integration
Dial calls from Outlook, your CRM system, or most Windows applications using the Integrator software, you can even use the Advanced Integrator to perform screen pops (lookup a record from your CRM / Accounts system) to record the customers call and the outcome.
Disaster Recovery
With no dependancy on your physical office should you have a power cut or other disaster, simply relocate the phone to other offices (or to home) and continue working. If you phone has been damaged e.g. fire/flood we can arrange for new phones to be sent directly to the new locations and assist with getting you working again.

How does the trial work?
We will take a deposit to cover the cost of the handset (incase it is not returned or damaged), it will then be sent by courier to you. Once the handset is working the trial will last for 7 days and you will be able to call 01, 02, 03 and 07 destinations (international and premium will be blocked). Once the trial has ended you will have the option to keep the phone by taking the service or return the phone to us by courier. Once the phone has been returned and inspected if no damage is found your deposit will be returned.
Do I need a dedicated line?
No you do not need a dedicated line, we can run our service over you existing internet connection. However to guarantee the Quality of Service your Voice Traffic receives we can supply you with Dedicated line just for the Voice Traffic or a Converged line for both your Voice Traffic and Internet access
Can I connect a door phone?
If your door phone connects to a normal extension/Plain Old Telephone line then yes we can connect to it. If you have a different door phone, please contact us to check compatibility.
Can I change plans later?
You can change plan at any time, although plans may only be changed once per month
Which payment options do I have?
Payment for phones and any additional installation charges is usually paid up-front by credit card, with your regular monthly payments by direct debit.
